Dileesh Pothan, Shyam Pushkaran and Anwar Rasheed to team up for a Fahadh Faasil movie

Fahadh Faasil has a busy couple of years ahead of him with a lot of exciting projects in his kitty. The actor is currently shooting for Carbon, directed by ace cinematographer-turned-filmmaker Venu. He recently finished working on the first schedule of Anwar Rasheed’s comeback movie Trance.

If reports are to be believed, Fahadh Faasil will be teaming up with Anwar Rasheed once again. National award winning scriptwriter Shyam Pushkaran, director Dileesh Pothan and Anwar Rasheed will be jointly producing an upcoming movie that stars Fahadh in the lead. Debutant Madhu will be directing this movie, more deatils regarding which are not yet known. The project is still in its nascent stages and an official announcement will be made once they finalize the remaining cast and crew.

Dileesh Pothan and Shyam Pushkaran have previously worked with Fahadh in Maheshinte Prathikaram and Thondimuthalum Driksakshiyum. The duo had earlier revealed about their plans to start a new production company. It is learnt that Fahadh’s upcoming movie with newcomer Madhu will be their first production venture.

Fahadh, meanwhile has committed for a slew of projects in both Malayalam and Tamil. In Malayalam, he has signed for a rural entertainer with G Marthandan and debutant Vivek’s Aanengilum Allengilum, a rom-com entertainer co-starring Sunny Wayne. Fahadh is also making his Tamil debut this with Thani Oruvan director Mohan Raja’s Velaikaaran which also stars Sivakarthikeyan, Nayanthara and Sneha. He is also playing one of the leads in National award winner Thyagarajan Kumararaja’s Super Deluxe, an anthology film. Vijay Sethupathy, Samantha, Nadiya Moidu and director Mysskin are also part of the cast.
