Eagerly waiting for Naayaattu ever since I heard its first thought: Prithviraj

The first look poster of Martin Prakkat’s comeback film ‘Naayaattu’ got released online last day. It stars Kunchacko Boban, Joju George and Nimisha Sajayan in the lead roles. Expectations are high on the film as was evident from the response for the first look poster. Sharing the poster through his official Facebook page, actor Prithviraj wrote that it is one film he has been looking forward to ever since he heard its first thought from Ranjith, who is also the film’s producer.

Prithviraj has written,

It was during Koode that Renjiettan told me about this thought he had heard from another writer. Ever since that day, I’ve been looking forward to that film being made. Now, with a film maker like Martin, a cinematographer like Shyju, a cast that includes Chackochan, Joju, Nimisha, Vinay and many more, and the quality of the team they have managed to assemble behind the camera, NAYATTU has to definitely be one of the most anticipated films in Malayalam.

‘Naayaattu’ is said to be a crime thriller in which all the three lead actors essay cop roles; civil police officers to be more precise. The film is scripted by Shahi Kabir of ‘Joseph’ fame. Shyju Khalid is the cinematographer and music is by Vishnu Vijay of ‘Guppy’ and ‘Ambili’ fame. Filmmaker Mahesh Narayanan is handling the edits.
