Edakkad Battalion 06 all set to hit screens tomorrow; Here’s the theatre list

‘Edakkad Battalion 06’ is all set for release tomorrow (October 18, Friday). The film had been censored with an U/A certificate and it will be releasing in a good number of screens across Kerala..Shrikant Bhasi, Thomas Joseph Pattathanam and Jayant Mammen are jointly producing the film under the banner of Ruby Films.

‘Edakkad Battalion 06’ has Tovino Thomas playing the lead role of an army officer. Samyuktha Menon is paired with him in it. Debutant Swapnesh K Nair is directing the film and it is scripted by actor-writer P Balachandran. Cinematographer Sinu Sidharth, music director Kailas Menon and editor Samjith Mohammed form the technical core team.

As per the makers, ‘Edakkad Battalion 06’ is an entertainer that also has a strong social relevance. It touches upon topics like family relationships and religious brotherhood. The film has a strong set of supporting actors which include Divya Pillai of ‘Oozham’ fame, P Balachandran, Rekha, Santhosh Keezhattoor, Nirmal Palazhi, Sankar Induchoodan, Salim Kumar, Shalu Rahim, Joy Mathew, Sarasa Balussery and many others.
