Fahadh Faasil was ready to do a scene multiple times to improve my performance: Nimisha Sajayan

In her 4-year-long career, Nimisha Sajayan has successfully established herself as a strong performer who is capable of pulling off meaty roles. Nimisha made her debut with the National-award winning ‘Thondimuthalum Driksakshiyum’, in which she got to share screen space with Fahadh Faasil, another remarkable performer. The two are acting together once again in ‘Malik’, which is awaiting release.

In a recent interview with Mathrubhumi, Nimisha revealed about how Fahadh used to motivate her to do better. She opened up about how Fahadh influenced her a lot right from her debut film itself. While acting in ‘Malik’, she found it very difficult to play the character well and it was Fahadh who used to motivate her. He would insist on taking more takes and was ready to do a scene multiple times to improve her performance.

In ‘Malik’, Fahadh Faasil plays the lead character of Sulaiman Malik and Nimisha is reportedly essaying his wife’s role. Directed by Mahesh Narayanan, it is a semi-period film that spans multiple timelines. Vinay Forrt, Joju George, Dileesh Pothan, Jalaja and many others are part of the film.
