Farhaan Faasil makes a comeback after three years through Basheerinte Premalekhanam

Farhaan Faasil has been keeping a low profile ever since the release of his debut movie Njan Steve Lopez in 2014. The movie directed by Rajeev Ravi featured Farhaan in the title role. Eventhough the movie could not taste commercial success, it was widely appreciated by critics and movie buffs after it was released in internet.

Farhaan is now making a comeback after three years through his second movie, Basheerinte Premalekhanam. The movie is a romantic comedy directed by Aneesh Anwar. Mariyamukku fame Sana Althaf will be seen as his romantic interest in the movie.

Veteran actors Madhu and Sheela are playing pivotal roles in the movie. Nedumudi Venu, Joy Mathew, Harish Kanaran, Aju Varghese, Sreejith Ravi, Sohan Seenulal, Sunil Sugatha, Asha Aravind and Sivaji Guruvayoor are also part of the cast.

Director Aneesh Anwar is known for his movies like Zachachariyayude Garbhinikal and Kumbasaram. Screenplay for Basheerinte Premalekhanam is written jointly by Shinod Sivam, Bipin K Paulose and Shamseer Ahamed.

Vishnu Mohan Sithara is composing music while cinematography is handled by Sanjay Harris, a 20 year old. Notably, he is the youngest cameraman in the history of Malayalam cinema.

Basheerinte Premalekhanam is produced by P M Harris and Mohammed Althaf under the banner Fort Entertainment.
