FEFKA express their gratitude to Mohanlal and Manju Warrier

Due to the outbreak of Corona virus and the following lockdown, film industries across the country have come to a standstill. Currently, there is no shooting or any other film related activities that is happening. This lockdown has severely affected the livelihood of many, majorly the daily wage labourers. Contributions from within the industry and from sponsors and TV channels are being arranged for the welfare of the labourers.

In Malayalam film industry, FEFKA is at the forefront to ensure that all the basic needs of their members are met. Superstars Mohanlal and Manju Warrier were among the first to provide financial assistance. Their contributions came even before the FEFKA officials approached them.

Through their official social media handle, the officials have thanked Mohanlal and Manju Warrier for helping the labourers. While Mohanlal donated Rs 10 lakhs, Manju contributed a sum of Rs 5 lakhs. Through their respective Facebook pages, both the stars have been sharing important information and messages to spread awareness about Covid-19 among the general public.
