First of its kind teaser for Tovino Thomas’ Tharangam

Cinema, like any other filed, is highly competitive where one has to constantly come up with out of the box ideas. Proper promotions/marketing is a must to ensure that the audience are familiar with the movie. Innovative marketing ideas can do wonders in making sure that the common audience take notice of the movie.

The team of Tovino Thomas’ upcoming movie Tharangam is coming up with something on similar lines. The movie’s teaser will be releasing tomorrow and interestingly it will be through an FM channel. Yes, it is the first such attempt in Mollywood where the teaser will be releasing through an audio platform.

Normally, teasers have flashy cuts that either tries to elevate the hero’s mass appeal or give a glimpse of what’s in store. But in Tharangam, the teaser will have no visuals but only music. Sources also inform that the teaser will be released in Facebook and YouTube at 7 PM tomorrow.

The movie directed by debutant Arun Dominic is a black comedy. Tovino is playing the role of sub inspector Padmanabhan. Newcomer Neha Iyer and Santhy Balachandran will be seen as the female leads in Tharangam. Balu Varghese, veteran actor Manoj K Jayan, Dileesh Pothen, Vijayaraghavan, Alencier Ley Lopez and Shammy Thilakan are also part of the cast.

Tamil actor Dhanush is making an entry to Mollywood by producing this movie under his banner Wunderbar Films.
