Forensic is special as I’ve never tried something like this before: Tovino Thomas

After shooting for almost 50 days, Tovino Thomas has wrapped up his portions for ‘Forensic’. The film directed by Akhil Paul and Anas Khan has Tovino playing the lead character named Samuel John Kaattookaran. He is a medico legal adviser working in the Kerala police’s forensic science lab. As he finished his portions, Tovino took to his official social media handle to pen down a note in which he explained why ‘Forensic’ is a special film for him. He has written,

This is the first time a full-length film about forensic science is being made in Malayalam. So the film is expected to have a lot of freshness unlike the regular thrillers. Mamta Mohandas, ‘Bigil’ fame Reba Monica John, Saiju Kurup, Giju John, ‘Lilli’ Dhanesh Anand, Anil Murali and many others are part of the supporting cast. DOP Akhil George, music director Jakes Bejoy and editor Shameer Muhammed form the film’s main technical crew.
