Ganagandharvan: Mammootty’s next with Ramesh Pisharody to start rolling in May

As announced earlier, Ramesh Pisharody’s next directorial venture will have megastar Mammootty in the lead. The movie titled as ‘Ganagandharvan’ is touted to be a full-on fun entertainer. As per latest reports, the movie will start rolling in May. Mammootty will be joining the team soon after he finishes his ongoing commitments.

Ramesh Pisharody turned a director last year with ‘Panchavarnathatha’, a fun-filled entertainer starring Jayaram and Kunchacko Boban. The movie emerged successful at the box office. ‘Ganagandharvan’ is also expected to be on similar lines. Pisharody has scripted the movie jointly with Hari P Nair. More details regarding the other cast and crew will be formally announced shortly.

Mammootty meanwhile is currently shooting for ‘Pathinettam Padi’, in which he plays an extended cameo role. The Khalid Rahman directorial ‘Unda’ is also nearing completion. The star’s highly anticipated ‘Madura Raja’ is gearing up for Vishu release next month.
