Here’s the first look of Navya Nair’s comeback film, Oruthee

Navya Nair, who has been away from films post her marriage, is making her comeback to Malayalam cinema with ‘Oruthee’. Directed by VK Prakash, the film also has Vinayakan in a major role. Recently, its first look featuring Navya got released. Former Kerala State Health Minister KK Shailaja and many others celebs shared the poster in their social media handles.

Navya’s performance in ‘Oruthee’ has already bagged her the award for Best Actress at three regional festivals including JC Daniel Foundation Film Awards. She reportedly plays the role of a boat conductor, who is also a mother of two. Vinayakan will be seen as a cop. Saiju Kurup, KPAC Lalitha, Sreedevi Varma, Kalabhavan Haneef and a few others are part of the cast.

‘Oruthee’ is scripted by S Suresh Babu. The technical crew for this film comprises of ‘Anuraga Karikkin Vellam’ fame Jimshi Khalid as the DOP, Lijo Paul as the editor and Gopi Sunder as the composer. Benzy Nazar is producing the film under the banner of Benzy Productions.
