I am a big fan of Manju Warrier: Vishal

Kollywood star Vishal is making his debut entry in Mollywood through Mohanlal’s upcoming movie Villain. He joined the final schedule of the movie only recently. Hs playing a pivotal chracter in this movie directed by B Unnikrishnan.

Villain also stars Manju Warrier, Hansika Motwani, Telugu actor Srikanth and Raashi Khanna in prominent roles. Vishal in a recent interview revealed that he is great fan of Manju Warrier. She is playing the role of Mohanlal’s wide in the movie and Vishal has only a very few combination scenes with her.

In the interview, Vsihal is quoted saying, “I have been a big fan of Manju Warrier’s films. I don’t have major combination scenes with her in this film but it’s nice to see your name tagged along with actors like Mohanlal and Manju Warrier in the cast list.”

Vishal is playing a grey shaded role in film. He considers it as a dream entry to Mollywood as he gets to act with such big stars and play a grey shaded role, which has been his long time wish.

Villain marks director B Unnikrishnan’s fourth time collaboration with Mohanlal after Madampi, Grandmaster and Mr Fraud. The director has an ensemble line up of technicians for the movie. Cinematography is handled by Manoj Paramahamsa and NK Ekambaram. It is said to be the first Indian movie to be completely shot and released in 8K resolution. Background score is handled by Ezra fame Sushin Shyam.

Earlier, it was reported that the movie will be releasing on July 21 but now we hear that the release date has been pushed to August. We still await an official confirmation regarding the same.
