I am eagerly waiting for a chance to share screen space with Mohanlal, says Vikram !

Chiyaan Vikram who had come to the Asianet Film Awards 2016, on 7th February at Angamaly, revealed that he is a hardcore fan of Mollywood Super Star Mohanlal and not only him but his wife also a big fan of Mohanlal. He said that his wife always compares his acting with that of Mohanlal’s and asks him to raise up to the level of Mohanlal as his performances are the benchmark of perfection in Indian Cinema. There Vikram revealed another long cherished wish of him as well. He said he is now eagerly waiting to do a film with Mohanlal as it was one of his dream.

Vikram who started his career acting in Malayalam films had always showed great respect and admiration for Malayalam cinema. He had acted with Mega Star Mammootty and Super Star Suresh Gopi in the early stages of his career. Dhruvam, Sainyam, Indraprastham etc are the films in which he had shared screen space with Suresh Gopi and Mammootty, But he never got the chance to act along with Mohanlal. So he said that it was really a disappointment for him to not able to act with his most favorite actor till now after being started off his career acting in Mollywood films.

According to Vikram, if someone asks him to tell the greatest actors ever he saw in Indian Cinema, he will pick Mohanlal and Kamal Haasan as according to him, they were the benchmark of perfection for him. They were the ones who inspired and influenced him more than anyone here in India. Vikram said if he ever get the opportunity to work with Mohanlal, he will never let to go. He always consider the fact what Malayalam film lovers think about a story or subject, whenever he is approached with a plot to do a film. His wife too is a Malayali girl from Kannur. We also eager to see the fantastic combination of The Complete Actor and Chiyan on screen and hope it will happen very soon.
