I really enjoyed working with Pranav and the whole team of Hridhayam: Darshana Rajendran

Darshana Rajendran is currently on a high thanks to the overwhelming response for her latest OTT-release ‘C U Soon’. The Mahesh Narayanan directorial has Darshana playing the lead along with Fahadh Faasil and Roshan Mathew. The actress, who has mostly been doing supporting roles, has got a big break with this film. She has also got a couple of other exciting films coming up, one among which is the Pranav Mohanlal-starrer ‘Hridhayam’.

Directed by Vineeth Sreenivasan, the film is shaping up as a youthful entertainer. Pranav, Kalyani Priyadarshan and Darshana play the three leads. The story is about a group of individuals and their life journey. In a recent interview to FC, Darshana said that she had a great time shooting for the film. She is said to be playing a fun and joyous college student’s role, something that she hasn’t done so far. She is quoted saying,

“It almost felt like college all over again and also, Vineeth ettan is an absolute delight to work with. He made me do things I never imagined myself doing. He saw me clearly in that space and his faith in me was enough for me to be very comfortable doing that. I really enjoyed working with him, Pranav and the whole bunch of artistes. It was fun and I am really looking forward to getting back to shoot”.

Darshana is also part of Rajeev Ravi’s ‘Thuramukham’ and Aashiq Abu’s ‘Pennum Cherukkanum’.
