Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s Bairavaa trailer trending no 1 in YouTube

Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s upcoming mass entertainer is slated to hit screens worldwide on January 12 as a Pongal release. The movie is directed by Azhagiya Tamizh Magan fame Bharathan. Official trailer for the movie was released at the stroke of 12.00 am on New Year’s day.

The trailer is now trending at no.1 position in YouTube India. Already the trailer has been viewed 2.4 million times with over 1.7k likes. Vijay has once again showed his mass appeal breaking several YouTube records with the Bairavaa trailer.

The 1.50 minute trailer is a complete package including all the necessary elements for a mass masala entertainer. There is fights, fierce dialogues, comedy, songs, romance and emotions. Vijay looks energetic and live wire as ever and is the USP of the trailer. But what plays spoilsport is his artificial wig which clearly does not suit him. Nevertheless, Praveen KL’s smartly cut trailer has enough elements to give us a glimpse of what’s in store in Bairavaa. From the trailer, chances are very high that the movie will surely be a superhit especially in the rural areas of Tamil Nadu.

Keerthy Suresh is playing the female lead in this movie. This is the first time Keerthy is teaming up with Vijay and the pair seem to share good chemistry between them. Tollywood actor Jagpathi Babu is the main antagonist in the movie. Other supporting actors include Daniel Balaji, Sathish, Mime Gopi, Harish Uthaman, Thambi Ramaiah, Vijayaraghavan, Sija Rose, Roshan Basheer, Aparna Vinod etc.

Songs composed by Santhosh Narayanan was released recently. Unlike the usual Vijay movies, Bairavaa did not have a grand audio launch event. The album was released online through various music sharing platforms. The movie is produced by Vijaya Productions.
