Isabella Malayalam movie ready to start rolling

Mollywood’s first neo noir psychological thriller is soon happening. The movie titled as Isabella will be written and directed by Mumbai based Malayali ad filmmaker Ajay Devaloka.

The title launch event was held in Mumbai. Producer Good Night Mohan launched the title design. R Mohan aka Good Night Mohan has earlier produced a movie titled Isabella, released in 1988 starring Balachandra Menon and Sumalatha in the lead. But the new movie will not be a sequel.

The movie comes with a tagline “Trapped in Time”. According to sources, Isabella will be a road movie as well as a time travel movie. Promising young actors Shine Tom Chacko and Rajeev Pillai are playing the lead roles in this movie.

The movie will start rolling by next year and will be made in two parts with the second part releasing first. Reportedly, many prominent stars from other industries will also feature in this movie.

Here’s hoping that Mollywood audience will get to something unseen and enjoy a new cinematic experience.
