Jacobinte Swargarajyam on top of Charlie once again

There is an intense battle going on at box office between the collection records set by Dulquer Salmaan and Nivin Pauly. The fight is very much evident at the multiplexes of Ernakulam. Dulquer Salmaan’s last year film Charlie had set a collection record there by raking in great amount of money from there in its theatrical run there.

Nivin Pauly’s film Jacobinte Swarga Rajyam which released on this April 8 is rewriting most of that record there. At first it had rewrote the first week collection record set by Charlie there. As per reports Jacobinte Swargarajyam had grossed over 85.5 lakh from there in 7 days. Charlie had got a gross below 85.4 lakhsin that number of days.

But later Charlie maintained its fastest 1 crore crossing movie from Ernakulam multiplexes as Jacobinte Swarga Rajyam had shown a drop in collection after the first week. But now Nivin Pauly film had again came on top of Charlie and set another record.

Jacobinte Swargarajyam had become the fastest Mollywood film to cross 1.5 crore from the multiplexes of Eranakulam beating Charlie. Jacobinte Swargarajyam had reached to that figure in just 15 days of its run there. As per reports, Jacobinte Swargarajyam had earned a figure of 1.53 crore approximately in 15 days from there. Charlie took 2 more days to get to that figure as per reports.
