Prithviraj starrer James and Alice release date confirmed

Prithviraj, the young super star who is going through the golden period of his career is all set to come up with his 3rd film of this year. The release date of his upcoming film named James and Alice has been confirmed. The flick which will mark the directorial debut of popular cinematographer Sujith Vasudev, will hit the screens all over on this coming April 29th. Prithviraj playing the character of James and Vedhika who is playing the female lead opposite him doing the role of Alice.

Prithviraj’s first release this year was Marthandan directorial flick Pavada, produced by Maniyan Pillai Raju. The film was a super hit which earned a total gross above 15 crore from Mollywood. The second film of his has came in this March and it was Jijo Antony Directorial film Darwinte Parinamam. It was produced by Prithviraj’s own August Cinemas.

But the film opened to mixed reviews not done much good at box office and just raised to only an average level in the box office status. As per reports it will end up not crossing the 10 crore mark and will end as a film which is just saved from becoming a flop due to Prithvi Rajs stardom in Mollywood.

James and Alice is a romantic family movie written by Dr. S Janardhanan. Gopi Sundar tuned the songs for this flick and Sujith Vasudev himself cranked the camera for the film. Story is also written by him. The movie has been produced by Dr. S Saji Kumar and Krishnan Sethu Kumar. It is produced under the banner of Dharmik Films and will be distributed by Srivari Films.
