Jayaram and Anna Reshma Rajan team up for ‘Lonapante Mamotheesa’

After a series of duds, Jayaram is back to winning ways with the success of Panchavarnathatha. While there is a buzz going around that the actor has committed for Omar Lulu’s new movie, we now hear he has signed for a fun entertainer titled ‘Lonapante Mamotheesa’. The movie will be directed by Leo Thaddeus, who has made films like Pachamarathanalil and Oru Cinemakkaaran.

The makers have signed Anna Reshma Rajan of ‘Angamaly Diaries’ to play one of the heroines. Her performance in the Lijo Jose Pellissery directorial had won her a lot of fans. She later went on to act with superstar Mohanlal in Velipadinte Pusthakam and is also the female lead in the upcoming Dhyan Sreenivasan starrer Sachin.

Along with Anna, Lonappante Mamotheesa will also have another heroine, but the makers are yet to finalize it. Veteran actress Shanthi Krishna will be seen in a crucial role in the movie. Innocent, Eva Pavithran, Nisha Sarang, Alencier Ley Lopez, Dileesh Pothan and Joju George have been cast in various supporting roles.

Lonappante Mamotheesa is being produced by Shimnoy Mathew of Pen and Paper Creations. Shoot for the movie is all set to kick-start on September 5th in Angamaly.
