Jeethu Joseph’s debut Hindi film wrapped up; Starts works for his next with Kalidas Jayaram!

As we had reported earlier, Jeethu Jospeh is making his Bollywood debut with a thriller film starring Emraan Hashmi, Rishi Kapoor and Vedhika in the lead roles. The film repeatedly titled as ‘The Body’ is the remake of Spanish flick, ‘El Cuerpo’. The movie was recently wrapped up after just 39 days of shoot. It is being produced by Sunil Kheterpal and will be presented by Viacom 18 Motion Pictures.

Jeethu Joseph is now back to his home turf, Malayalam cinema, where he has started works for his next with Kalidas Jayaram. Last day, the director released a casting call through his Facebook page for the female lead’s part. Aspiring female actors from the age group of 18-24 are asked to send their unedited photos along with a one-minute long video showcasing their talent to casting4vintagefilms@gmail.com.

This is Kalidas Jayaram’s second film as a lead actor in Malayalam after Poomaram. Though his debut film didn’t fare as expected in the box office, it earned critical appreciation and his performance was noted. The actor has also committed for a Tamil film with Alphonse Puthren of ‘Premam’ fame.
