Kaithi Hindi remake starring Ajay Devgn titled Bholaa

Last year, it was announced that Ajay Devgn will be starring in the Hindi remake of superhit Tamil film ‘Kaithi’. The project has now been kick-started. Titled ‘Bholaa’, the remake will be directed by Dharmendra Sharma.

‘Kaithi’ directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj had Karthi as the lead. The film was a huge success, both among the critics as well as the commoners. It was praised by many for being a pure action film sans any unnecessary hindrances like songs, romance or a separate comedy track. The makers have already announced that a sequel is on the cards.

It is the learnt that the remake version, ‘Bholaa’, has been tweaked to make it appealing to the Hindi audience. Dream Warrior Pictures, the original producers, are teaming up with Reliance Entertainment and Ajay Devgn’s banner to produce ‘Bholaa’. More details regarding the cast and crew members are awaited.
