Kakshi Amminippilla releasing across GCC and UAE from tomorrow

‘Kakshi Amminippilla’ is all set to hit screens tomorrow (June 28). Usually very few Malayalam films have a worldwide release and this Asif Ali starrer is one such. Along with the home state Kerala and major RoI centres, it is releasing in UAE and GCC region. It is releasing in Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Qatar, Al Ain, Fujairah, Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah, Oman, Kuwait and Baharain. The movie is released by Indywood Distribution Network (IDN) and NR Films.

‘Kakshi Amminippilla’ directed by debutant Dinjith Ayyathan and scripted by Sanilesh Shivan is basically a court-room drama. It is centred around the case of newly wed couple, Shajith Kumar Amminippilla and wife Kanthi Sivadasan. Asif Ali plays the role of advocate Pradeepan Manjodi, a political aspirant who is initially reluctant but later takes up the divorce case.

The movie has a big supporting cast comprising of Ahmed Siddique, Fara Shibla, Basil Joseph, Nirmal Palazhy, Sudheesh, Mamukkoya, Sreekanth Murali, Sivadas Kannur, Lukman, Aswathy Manoharan, Sarayu Mohan and many others. Riju Rajan is producing the movie under the banner of Zarah Films. E4 Entertainments is releasing it in Kerala.
