Kalidas Jayaram also part of Vikram?

Director Lokesh Kanagaraj’s ‘Vikram’ is a highly exciting film, mainly due to the star-studded cast. While Kamal Haasan plays the main lead, the film also has two other extremely talented actors, Fahadh Faasil and Vijay Sethupathi, in equally important roles. ‘Kaithi’ fame Arjun Das and Narain are also confirmed in the cast.

Latest buzz is that Malayali actor Kalidas Jayaram is also a part of the film. Earlier, it was reported that ‘Angamaly Diaries’ star Antony Varghese will be playing a crucial role in ‘Vikram’. If news about Kalidas is true, he might have replaced Antony. An official word is still awaited.

It is worth a mention here that Kalidas Jayaram has previously acted with Kamal Haasan. The latter played a cameo role in ‘Meen Kuzhambum Mann Paanaiyum’, Kalidas’ debut film as a lead actor. Of late, the youngster has done some impressive films in Tamil. His performances in the anthologies ‘Putham Pudhu Kaalai’ and ‘Paava Kadhaigal’ got praised by many.

Meanwhile, ‘Vikram’ shoot is progressing with a limited crew following all the Covid protocols. Kamal Haasan’s own banner Raaj Kamal Film International (RKFI) is producing the film.
