Kammatipaadam theater list arrived and will hit 130 screens

The much awaited Dulquer Salmaan film Kammatipaadam will hit the screens tomorrow. Rajeev Ravi had directed this film based on the screenplay written by P Balachandran, who is a popular actor and director in Mollywood. The film which telling the life story of the character named Krishnan played by Dulquer Salmaan, is based on the history of goonda gangs in Kochi.

Dulquer Salmaan sports 4 different getups in this film as the plot develops from Krishnan’s childhood to the age of 43. This film produced by Prem Menon under the banner of Global United Media will be releasing in 130 screens all over Kerala, which is the second biggest Malayalam release here in Kerala after Mohanlal’s Loham which released in 141 screens all over Kerala last year.

Kammatipaadam is expected to set a new opening day collection record by surpassing the opening day record set by the film Kali starred by Dulquer himself and directed by Sameer Thahir. Kali released in this year March and got around 2.33 crores on its first day from Kerala.
Kali had broken the record set by Mohanlal’s Loham which got 2.20 crores from Kerala on its first day.

Now, the anticipation is that Kammatipaadam which releasing in 130 screen will surpass Kali record and will set a new benchmark regarding the opening day collection in Mollywood. Kammatipaadam is an action film and got A Certificate from Censor board for the overdose of violence in it.
