Kammattipaadam Release Date Confirmed

The much awaited Dulquer Salmaan-Rajeev Ravi film named Kammattipaadam is all set to release this month and the release date of the film is confirmed by Dulquer Salmaan himself. He had posted in his official Facebook page that the film will hit the screens on this coming May 20. The film is written by the popular actor/director P Balachandran and he is acting in this film as well.

DOP of the film is Madhu Neelakandan and B Ajith Kumar is the editor of this flick. This is the 3rd directorial venture of Rajeev Ravi, who had earlier given us realistic films like Annayum Rasoolum and Njan Steve Lopez with Fahad Fazil and Farhan Fazil in the lead respectively.

This film Kammattipaadam will tell us the story of Kochi and the history of goondas in Kochi before it shaped up in to a metro city. It is a period film in which Dulquer Salmaan sports 3 different looks. His character name in the film is Krishnan and the film moves forward when he comes back to Kochi from Mumbai after so many years for his friend Gangan played by Vinayakan.

Other actors like Vinay Fort, Soubin Shahir, Shine Tom Chacko, Alencier Le etc playing important characters in this film as well. Dulquer Salmaan said that every actor had given their career best performances for this film and he is very much excited know the response of the audience after the release of this film. Dulquer Said that this film is one of the dream projects of Rajeev Ravi.
