Keerthy Suresh and Samantha in Sivakarthikeyan’s Seemaraja!

After the blockbuster success of Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam and Rajini Murugan, Sivakarthikeyan and director Ponram are teaming up for the third time for Seemaraja. This upcoming movie, which is touted to be a rural comedy entertainer, has Samantha paired opposite Sivakarthikeyan for the first time. Latest news is that the hot and happening Keerthy Suresh will be seen in a cameo role in the movie.

Keerthy confirmed the same through her official social media handle. This is her second outing with Sivakarthikeyan after acting alongside him in Remo. The actress who is currently basking in the glory of the success of her recently released film, Mahanati, will be joining Seemaraja team very soon.

Seemaraja also has Simran, one of the leading heroines of her time, in a negative role. Samantha also has a solid role; she even underwent training in Tamil Nadu’s traditional martial arts form Silambam for the movie. Seemaraja’s supporting cast includes Malayali actor Lal, Napoleon, Soori, Motta Rajendran, Yogi Babu and Manobala among others.

D Imman is handling the music department and Balasubramaniam is cranking the camera for this rom-com, set in a rural backdrop. The movie is being produced by RD Raja’s 24 AM Studios. It is their third consecutive film with Sivakarthikeyan after Remo and Velaikkaran.
