Keerthy Suresh’s art work for Vijay on his birthday!

It’s Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s 43rd birthday and wishes have been pouring in from his colleagues, fans and well wishers from across the globe. Several fan made posters, mash-up videos and designs are doing the rounds in social medias.

But here’s something much more interesting. Actress Keerthy Suresh has also made a design, in fact a painting of Vijay. It’s a stunning piece of work to say the least. At the bottom, she has also written, “May the success journey continue..from one of your millions of fans.”

It is worth a mention that Keerthy is a graduate in fashion designing from the Pearl Academy in Chennai. Despite making a successful career in acting, she has stated in many interviews that she is seriously considering a career in designing.

Keerthy Suresh worked with Vijay in the mass entertainer Bhairavaa, that was released earlier this year. Eventhough the movie failed to do great business at the box office, the lead pair’s chemistry was appreciated.

Yesterday, on the eve of Vijay’s birthday, the title and first look poster of his upcoming movie with director Atlee was released. The movie, titled as Mersal has Vijay in a triple role, a first in his career. Nithya Menen, Kajal Agarwal and Samantha Ruth Prabhu are playing the female leads. Oscar award winner AR Rahman is handling the music department for this movie. Mersal is slated to hit screens worldwide for this year’s Diwali in October.
