Kohinoor heroine Aparna Vinod in Vijay 60

Ilaya Thalapathy Vijay’s upcoming film directed by Bharathan had started rolling last month and it is now tentatively titled as Vijay 60. It has been a big news that Mollywood actress Keerthi Suresh is playing the female lead in this upcoming film. There were reports that Vijay playing dual role in this movie and one of his character will appear in a tonsured look as well.

The latest update from the film says that another Mollywood actress named Aparna Vinod will also be a part of this movie. Aparna Vinod shot to fame in Kerala through the film named Kohinoor starred by Asif Ali and Indrajith. It was directed by Vinay Govind and was an average success at boxoffice.

Aparna Vinod is the second heroine of this film and she is very much excited to share screen space with none other than Ilaya Thalapathy of Kollywood. She said that she will be playing a character from a village and will be a key figure who moves the plot forward. Her portions not yet started filming and because of that she did not revealed more details about her character in the movie.

Bharathan had earlier directed Vijay as he had made Azhakiya Tamil Magan years back with this star. But it was not a big box office success at that time. So he wants to make things right this time through this film. There were some reports came last day that the first look poster of this film will release on the birthday of Vijay.
