Lekha Namboothiri reacts to the allegations against her

Lekha M Namboothiri who shot to fame after donating her Kidney freely years before had come to the news headlines few days back when her deteriorating health condition came before the public. Onlookers Media had made this news spread in social media and our report also reached to megastar Mammootty. Lekha Namboothiri wanted to see him as she donated her Kidney after got inspired from a character named Mike played by him in the movie named Loudspeaker.

After seeing our report, Mammootty contacted her and offered his help for her treatment. Few days back, a surgery is been conducted on her and Mammootty had given 1 lakh rupees to her through Pathanjali Ayurvedic Hospital. But, now an allegation had come against her from Shafi who had received Kidney from her. Shafi alleged that Lekha Namboothiri had received 8 lakh rupees from him to donate her kidney. But Lekha Namboothiri and her husband Sajan had slammed the allegation saying that it is not at all right. She had donated her Kidney freely to him and it is very sad that the person who came back to life after receiving her Kidney saying wrong things like this against her.

Years back, this man named Shafi had come out against Lekha Namboothiri saying that after receiving Kidney from Hindu women, he had to face many difficulties and issues from his community. He used some bad comments about Lekha as well and insulted her in that issue.

Now, Lekha is recovering from the surgery conducted few days back and she is taking rest. She had undergone surgery at Calicut MIMS Hospital and Dr. Suresh had lead the surgery.
