Loved Mammootty sir’s stylish look in Pathinettam Padi: Sayyeshaa

Shanker Ramakrishnan’s directorial debut ‘Pathinettam Padi’ had hit screens last Friday (July 5). Though the movie has opened to mixed reviews, theatres are showing pretty good occupancy. Recently, actress Sayyeshaa, wife of Arya, who is also appearing in a cameo in the movie, had watched it and wrote about it on her Twitter handle. Sayyeshaa particularly mentioned about Mammootty’s stylish look in the movie. Her tweet reads,

Watched the amazing #PathinettamPadi last night! Super performances by all the young actors and @mammukka sir in such a stylish look! Whistle worthy action! Congratulations @AugustCinemaInd and hubzy @arya_offl who lent fabulous support to aspiring actors!

‘Pathinettam Padi’ is basically the story about the rivalry between a bunch of teenagers from two different schools. While the technical side and performances of the newcomers are being appreciated, criticism is largely about the inconsistent screenplay and the overdose of dramatic dialogues. The cameo appearances by Prithviraj, Unni Mukundan, Arya and Mammootty has given the movie its much needed publicity among the common audience.
