Malik first look; Here’s a glimpse of an old-looking Fahadh Faasil

As informed last day, the first look poster of Fahadh Faasil starrer ‘Malik’ has been released online. Superstars Mohanlal and Mammootty shared the poster through their respective social media handles. ‘Malik’ is directed by editor-turned-filmmaker Mahesh Narayanan of ‘Take Off’ fame. Anto Joseph Film Company is producing the film, which is said to be made on a lavish budget of close to Rs 30 crores.

‘Malik’ is based on a real life incident that occurred few years back in Kerala. The film is a political thriller centred around a sensitive coastal area where there was a resistance against the constant threat of displacement of a minority community. Along with Fahadh Faasil, the cast also includes talented actors like Joju George, Nimisha Sajayan, Vinay Forrt and Dileesh Pothan in major roles.

Shoot got wrapped up just recently and the makers are planning to release the film in April during the Vishu season.
