Mammootty and Dileep in Priyadarshan movie

We had earlier reported that Priyadarshan would be teaming up with Megastar Mammootty for a movie after 17 long years. New updates suggest that Dileep is also playing a lead in the flick. If the movie happens, it would be after a long time Malayalis see a super combo coming up with a film.

Priyadarshan had finally directed Mammootty for Megham 17 years ago but the movie had not impressed the box office well. Dileep had last acted in a Priyadarshan movie Vettam in 2004. Though the movie was a very good comedy entertainer it was a disappointment at the box office. Priyadarshan had informed the latest news to a Malayalam daily and is all set to begin it’s initial works. Both the actors would join the film only after their current commitments.

Priyadarshan’s last Oppam was a blockbuster at the Malayalam box office. The movie marked the comeback of the ace director to his home industry after Arabiyum Ottakavum P Madhavan Nayarum and Aamayum Muyalum had disappointed the audience. As the star combo joining this time expectations are kept high from the audience point of view.
