Mammootty and team Abrahaminte Santhathikal celebrate the movie’s success!

Abrahaminte Santhathikal continues to run in packed houses across all centres in Kerala. Releasing on June 16, the movie opened to tremendous response from the audience, especially the youth. As per trade experts, the movie has registered this year’s biggest opening at the Kerala box office. Mammootty along with the cast and crew of Abrahaminte Santhathikal gathered today to celebrate the movie’s success.

Director Shaji Padoor, producer Joby George, writer Haneef Adeni, cinematographer Alby Antony, actors Siddique, Anson Paul, Suresh Krishna, Kaniha and many others were present for the cake cutting. Speaking through Facebook live, Mammootty thanked the audience for the initial response and requested continuous support for the movie in the coming days as well.

Inspired by the huge opening here, the makers have decided to release the movie in UAE and GCC centers on June 21.Middle East region is one of the strongholds of Malayalam movies, so such a swift release there is expected to be a big boost in the overall figures of Abrahaminte Santhathikal.

Shaji Padoor has directed the movie which is a crime thriller with an emotional element at its core.
Mammootty plays the role of police assistant superintendent Derick Abraham. Haneef Adeni, the director of ‘The Great Father’ has scripted this movie. Its technical crew includes DOP Alby Antony, composer Gopi Sunder and editor Mahesh Narayanan. Joby George is producing the movie under the banner of Goodwill Entertainment.
