Mammootty fans organize charity works all over Kerala in connection with The Great Father release

Megastar Mammootty’s latest release The Great Father has set the cash registers ringing in the box office across Kerala. The movie, directed by newbie Haneef Adeni features Mammootty in the lead role as David Ninan. It has already set a new record for the highest opening day grosser in Kerala.

To celebrate Mammootty’s grand comeback, fans have organized extensive charity works across the State. Mammootty has always urged his fans to show their love by doing something beneficial to the society and the fans are doing exactly the same by following their matinee idol’s words.

Their main objective is to bring all the charity woks carried out under Mammootty’s name into a single channel. Public can directly submit their applications in the help desks opened at all major centres where The Great Father is being screened.

Applications for free heart surgery, kidney transplantation, educational aid for orphaned kids and tribal welfare schemes will be available in these help desks.

The application and necessary papers should be produced in the help desks and the rest of the coordination will be done by Mammootty Fans and Welfare Association International (MFWAI). Experts from Mammootty’s Care and Share Foundation will shortlist those eligible for the various schemes.

Families who visit theatres to watch the movie will be given necessary aids through these help desks. Fans have also organized the movie’s success celebration tomorrow. Eminent personalities will inaugurate the programmes in all the centres.
