Mammootty and Mohanlal take social media by storm

Last day, Malayali social media forums witnessed a rare phenomenon. The two biggest superstars of Malayalam industry, Mohanlal and Mammootty, had an update each regarding their upcoming movies. First, the teaser of Mammootty’s ‘Madura Raja’ was released at 6 PM, followed by ‘Luicfer’ trailer at 9 PM. Both the videos got exceptional reception from the viewers. Youtube numbers already show lakhs of views and likes.

Both ‘Lucifer’ and ‘Madura Raja’ are mass entertainers that have the potential to set the box office on fire. ‘Lucifer’ will be the first to hit screens on March 28. The film comes with immense hype as actor Prithviraj is making his directorial debut, and that too with a superstar like Mohanlal in the lead. Murali Gopy is scripting this movie, which is touted to be a political thriller. Vivek Oberoi, Tovino Thomas, Indrajith Sukumaran and Manju Warrier are also part of the cast.

Mammootty’s ‘Madura Raja’ is also a highly anticipated film. The Vysaksh directorial has Mammootty reprising his character from the 2010 blockbuster film, ‘Pokkiri Raja’. Anusree, Shamna Kasim, Anna Reshma and Mahima Nambiar, Tamil actor Jai and Jagapathi are part of the elaborate cast. Sunny Leone is also making her Malayalam debut by appearing in a special dance number in the movie.
