Mamta Mohandas to team up with Joju George after Manju Warrier opts out

We had recently reported about veteran filmmaker Joshiy planning to do a movie with Joju George and Manju Warrier in the lead roles. As per latest reports, Manju has opted out of the movie forcing the makers to sign Mamta Mohandas as her replacement. The reason for Manju’s exit is still not known. Nevertheless, the team is planning to ho ahead with the shoot, which is expected to commence shortly.

Joshiy is one of the most revered filmmakers in Malayalam industry. During the late 80s and 90s, the director was instrumental in shaping up the careers of several stars, including the big Ms. However, in the last decade, he has not been in the best of form. The veteran is eyeing to make a comeback with this yet-to-be titled film starring Joju George in the lead. Along with Joju, the movie will also have Chemban Vinod Jose in a major role.
