Manamantha / Vismayam was the most challenging movie I have done, says Chandrasekhar Yeleti

Manamatha / Vismayam, the bilingual project directed by critically acclaimed and national award winning Telugu director Chandrasekhar Yeleti came to the news headlines when he roped in Mohanlal, who is regarded as ‘the finest’ in the country to play the lead role in it. It is the Telugu debut of Mohanlal even though he had played a cameo in Telugu movie long years back. The film is a family drama and the story is telling through the perspective of 4 characters played by Mohanlal, Gauthami, Viswant and a child artist. Chandrasekhar Yeleti says that this one is the most challenging movie he had done in his career till now.

He said that he had done a family drama for the first time in his career and from the very first moment of scripting this movie, he thought about making it as a bilingual movie. He approached Mohanlal for this film because of the reach and impact he has in South India as a Super Star and the impeccable acting skills he has along with his stardom.

Chandrashekhar Yeleti had said that he learned a lot while working with Mohanlal and his dedication was just unbelievable. Yeleti says that Mohanlal is just amazing and he just proved that why is such a big super star and regarded as the finest actor in the country.

According to the director, even though he had done only 6 films in 13 years, he is happy with all of his movies. All of them was accepted by the audience in one way or the other. He always want to give something fresh for the viewers every time he come up with a movie and that is why he keeps experimenting with his films.
