Manju Warrier and Biju Menon to team up after 20 years!

Biju Menon and Manju Warrier are coming together after two long decades with Madhu Wariar’s directorial debut. The movie was official announced last day through social medias. Pramod Mohan, who has previously scripted and directed the Biju Menon starrer ‘Orayiram Kinakkal’, is penning this film as well. Mohandas Damodaran is producing this yet-to-be titled film.

Biju Menon and Manju Warrier have previously shared screen space in ‘Krishnagudiyil Oru Pranayakalathu’, ‘Kudamattam’, ‘Pranayavarnangal’, and ‘Kannezhuthi Pottum Thottu’. It will be interesting to see their on-screen chemistry after all these years. The makers are planning to start shooting by October.

Meanwhile, both Biju Menon and Manju Warrier have some other interesting films coming up. Biju Menon has Lal Jose’s ‘Nalpathiyonnu’, Prajith’s ‘Sathyam Paranja Vishwasikuvo’ and Jibu Jacob’s ‘Adhyarathri’ in his kitty. He is also part of a couple of multi-starrers. In Rajeev Ravi’s ‘Thuramukham’, he is playing one of the leads alongside Nivin Pauly and Indrajith Sukumaran. Biju Menon is also teaming up with Prithviraj for ‘Ayyappanum Koshiyum’, to be directed by Sachi.

Manju Warrier’s debut Tamil film ‘Asuran’ is currently in the final stages of shoot. She is paired with Dhanush in the movie, which is being directed by award winning filmmaker Vetrimaaran. She has also shot for Santosh Sivan’s ‘Jack and Jill’ and Priyadarshan’s epic film ‘Marakkar: Arabikadalinte Simham’.
