Post her comeback, Manju Warrier has been taking up roles that offer great scope for performance. Most of her characters in her comeback phase have been the strong woman kind. In her upcoming movie with debutant Phantom Praveen, she will be seen playing the role of a widow with a 15 year old daughter.

Manju is essaying the role of Sujatha who does odd jobs for a living. The core plot is about the struggle she undergoes to bring up her teenage daughter. Debutante Anaswara is playing the role of Manju’s daughter in this yet to be titled film. It will be a complete family entertainer aimed at the house makers. The movie recently went on floors in Cotton Hill Girl’s High school in Trivandrum.

After the sensational success of Charlie, actor Joju George and director Martin Prakkat are teaming up again to produce this movie. Renowned cinematographer Madhu Neelakandan is cranking the camera for this movie, which will be shot completely in Trivandrum.
