‘Manjummel Boys’ Triumph: A Surreal Encounter with Kamal Haasan

In a momentous meeting that transcended the realms of cinema, the team behind the blockbuster Malayalam film ‘Manjummel Boys’ had the distinct honor of sitting down with the legendary actor and politician, Kamal Haasan.

Directed by the talented Chidambaram, ‘Manjummel Boys’ stands out as a cinematic gem, paying a heartfelt tribute to Kamal Haasan by featuring the iconic song “Kanmani Anbodu” and setting crucial scenes against the mesmerizing backdrop of Kodaikanal caves, now famously known as Gunaa Caves.

The movie unfolds a gripping narrative inspired by real-life events, where a group of boys from Manjummel, Kerala, embark on a journey to Gunaa Caves. However, their adventure takes an unexpected and thrilling turn when one of them plunges into the perilous depths of the enigmatic Devil’s Kitchen cave.

Following its remarkable success in Kerala and Tamil Nadu, the Manjummel Boys team, accompanied by the visionary director Chidambaram, recently met Kamal Haasan in the vibrant city of Chennai.

The stellar cast of ‘Manjummel Boys’ includes Soubin Shahir, Sreenath Bhasi, Balu Varghese, Ganapathi S Poduval, Lal Jr, Deepak Parambol, Abhiram Radhakrishnan, Arun Kurian, Khalid Rahman, Chandu Salimkumar, and Vishnu Reghu, among other talented individuals.
