The highly anticipated project, tentatively titled ‘Thalapathy 68,’ starring South Indian superstar Thalapathy Vijay and directed by the renowned filmmaker Venkat Prabhu, is gearing up to begin production in the first week of October. The film’s initial schedule will take place in Chennai before the team embarks on an overseas shoot for the remaining portions.

Notably, Vijay himself will be joining the crew during the initial schedule. Exciting news has emerged as the film’s production team officially announced the female lead, and it’s none other than the talented and stunning Meenakshi Chaudhary. The actress herself confirmed this exciting development via her official social media handles, expressing her joy at being part of this highly anticipated project.

Meenakshi Chaudhary has earned acclaim for her performances in films like ‘HIT: The Second Case,’ ‘Khiladi,’ and ‘Ichata Vahanamulu Niluparadu’ in Telugu, along with ‘Upstarts’ in Hindi. She is also set to play the female lead in Superstar Mahesh Babu’s upcoming film ‘Guntur Kaaram,’ slated for release next year.

The musical score for this Vijay starrer will be composed by the talented Yuvan Shankar Raja. Additionally, reports suggest that Vijay will be seen in dual roles, adding to the excitement surrounding the film.
