Mohanlal-Jibu Jacob movie had started filming from today

Jibu Jacob who shot to fame through the blockbuster movie named Vellimoonga, is coming with his second venture now. It will be with Super Star Mohanlal and the movie had started filming at Calicut today. The Pooja function of this movie has been occurred at Calicut Maharani today and the filming had started right away after the Pooja and switch on ceremony.

The film is not titled yet and it is bankrolling by Sophia Paul under the banner of Weekend blockbusters. M Sindhu Raj had scripted this movie which is based on the short story named Pranayopanishathu written by noted writer James VJ.

Mohanlal playing the character named Ulahannan in this movie who is a Panchayat Secretary. His wife is Annie playing by Meena and he had a son and a daughter. His daughter character is playing by Aima Sebastian, whose character name will be Geni and she is playing a plus two student in this movie. Mohanlal-Meena pair is joining again after the Industry hit in Mollywood named Drishyam which released in 2013 December.

Anoop Menon playing an important character in this film and he will be sharing screen space with Mohanlal after Kanal. Artists like Alencier Ley, Nedumudi Venu, Aju Varghese, Kalabhavan Shajon, Suraj Venjarammoodu, Sudheer Karamana, Srinda etc also playing important characters in this upcoming flick. Bijipal and M Jayachandran tuned the music for this movie, which will be a family entertainer.
