Mohanlal lauds Angamaly Diaries; Greatest ever appreciation for our film, says Lijo Jose Pellissery

Lijo Jose Pellissery’s Angamaly Diaries is the current talk of M Town. The movie continues to garner widespread appreciation for it’s realistic story telling and the impeccable technical perfection.

Celebrities, critics and common audience have been showering praise on the movie ever since it’s release on March 3. Recently, superstar Mohanlal in his Facebook post had written that he was impressed with the movie and praised the whole team. His post reads,

“Happened to watch Angamaly Diaries and I’m impressed by the way the movie is made. Brilliant acting by every one and Kudos to the whole team and to Chemban Vinod Jose and Lijo Jose Pellissery.”

Lijo Jose Pellissery has mentioned that it’s the greatest ever comment he has got for the movie. The whole team of Angamaly Diaries shared Mohanlal’s post and thanked him. A positive word from such a big star like Mohanlal and that too within a week of it’s release will do a world of good for the movie. Angamaly Diaries is a rustic tale of a group of youngsters in the Angamaly region. The movie showcases the culture of that particular locality and the nature of the people there.

Angamaly Diaries marks the debut of actor Chemban Vinod Jose as a scenarist. 86 newcomers have played the major characters in the movie including the lead actors. Critics have unanimously appreciated the performance of the actors. Technically also, it is regarded as one of the most realistic movies ever made in Malayalam cinema.

Girish Gangadharan has handled the cinematography while Shameer Mohammed has edited the movie. Prashanth Pillai has composed the music for this movie produced by Vijay Babu’s Friday Film House.
