Mohanlal is one of the World’s best actors: Meena

Mohanlal- Meena pair is one of the all time favourite romantic pairs of the Malayali audience. The two have acted together in several superhit movies and share great on-screen chemistry between them. Their latest outing Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol is running with packed audience in theatres across the State.

The actress was recently in Dubai for the premier show of Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol. While interacting with the medias there, she said that she considers acting with Mohanlal as a very big fortune.

Meena said, “Mohanlal is one of the best actors in the whole world. Acting with him is a big learning experience.”

The two have previously acted together in movies like Varnapakittu, Chandrolsavam, Olympian Antony Adam, Natturajavu, Mr Brahmachari, Udhayananu Tharam and Drishyam.

In Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol, they play a middle aged couple of two kids. The story revolves around the couple who rediscover their lost love from the boredom of their routine life. Aima Rose Sebastian and Sanoop Santhosh have played their kids parts.

Mohanlal essayed the character of Ulahannan, a panchayath secretary while Meena has played Aniyamma, a house maker. Their chemistry is the one of the major assets of the movie.

Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol directed by Vellimoonga fame Jibu Jacob recently crossed the 30 crore mark. The movie is written by M Sindhuraj based on James VJ’s popular short story Pranayopanishath. This family entertainer is bank rolled by Sophia Paul’s Weekend Blockbusters.
