Mohanlal-Prithviraj team to star in next B Unnikrishnan movie

Mohanlal-Prithviraj team is trending now in social media and these two actors are the talk of the town now. At first they both come to the news headlines together because of the same day release of their films named Oppam and Oozham. Mohanlal’s Oppam becomes a blockbuster and Prithviraj’s Oozham is also doing decent business. Then came the big news of the season as Prithviraj had announced that he will be making his directorial debut next year with a Mohanlal starrer named Lucifer, scripted by Murali Gopi and produced by Antony Perumbavoor.

Now another report is coming in which says that Mohanlal-Prithviraj team is all set to share screen space together for the first time, in a movie directed by master director and writer B Unnikrishnan. B Unnikrishnan had already announced that Mohanlal will play the lead in his next movie. He is writing the screenplay of the movie as well.

Now, in an interview with Baahubali actor Prabhakar (who had acted as Kaalakeya in Baahubali), he told to media that his upcoming film will be in Malayalam and it will be a Mohanlal–Prithviraj project directed by B Unnikrishnan. He said that he will be playing the villain in it.

B Unnikrishnan had earlier directed 3 films with Mohanlal in the lead and two of them named Madambi and Grand Master were super successes in box office. His 3rd Mohanlal film named Mr Fraud had only done an average business in box office. B Unnikrishnan had made a film with Prithviraj as well and it was the film named Thriller, which unfortunately bombed at box office.
