Mohanlal Set to Portray an Advocate in Jeethu Joseph’s Upcoming Film ‘Neru’; Unveils Classy and Elegant Look

The luminary of Indian cinema, Mohanlal, has embarked on an exciting journey with his latest project, “Neru,” directed by the maestro, Jeethu Joseph. Currently, the film is in full swing with shooting taking place in Trivandrum, and Mohanlal himself joined the set just two days ago, fresh from his Multilingual Pan Indian movie, “Vrushbha,” which was in progress in Mysore.

The anticipation for “Neru” has soared as Mohanlal recently treated fans to a sneak peek of his character’s appearance through his social media platforms. The released stills have gone viral, generating immense excitement. From the images shared, it’s evident that Mohanlal will be portraying the role of an advocate in this film. The screenplay for this Jeethu Joseph masterpiece was penned by none other than actress and advocate Shanthi Mayadevi, in collaboration with the director himself. “Neru” is being produced by Ashirvad Cinemas, with Satheesh Kurup capturing the film’s visuals and VS Vinayak handling the editing process. The film’s soundtrack, expected to be soul-stirring, is entrusted to the talented composer Vishnu Shyam.

In addition to Mohanlal, the film boasts an ensemble cast that includes Priyamani, Siddique, Jagadeesh, Ganesh Kumar, Anashwara Rajan, Shanthi Mayadevi, Nadu, and others. According to reports, “Neru” is slated for a potential release in December of this year or in January 2024.
