MT Vasudevan Nair’s Randamoozham Adaptation Back on Track; Mohanlal’s Involvement Yet To Be Confirmed

Ashwathy Nair, the daughter of the late MT Vasudevan Nair, recently addressed rumors about filmmaker Mani Ratnam’s involvement. She clarified that Mani Ratnam has no connection to the project and was not involved in selecting the director. However, she confirmed that the adaptation is moving forward, with the finalized director receiving MT’s meticulously prepared script and additional reference materials, including a detailed video created by the writer to guide the filmmaking process.

While Mohanlal was originally cast as Bheeman in a previous version of the film that was shelved, his participation in this revived adaptation remains uncertain. This has led to widespread speculation about the casting for the central character, leaving fans eager for updates.
