Narain teams up with Samantha for an upcoming Tamil-Telugu movie!

Samantha started shooting for the remake of acclaimed Kannada movie ‘U Turn’ last month. Pawan Kumar, who helmed the original, is directing the remake versions as well. The movie is being remade simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu languages. Aadhi Pinisetty and Rahul Ravindran have been signed to play pivotal roles.

Latest to join the cast is actor Narain. He will be playing a very prominent role in the movie alongside Samantha. This is his first movie with the actress and it will also mark with his debut outing in Telugu. Narain is currently shooting in Palakkad for superstar Mohanlal’s highly anticipated movie Odiyan. He will be joining Pawan Kumar’s film after wrapping up his portions for Odiyan.

U Turn, released in 2016, is a paranormal thriller which revolves around the mystery behind the tragic deaths of motorists breaking traffic rules on a particular flyover in Bengaluru. The movie had Shraddha Srinath, Radhika Chetan, Dileep Raj and Roger Narayan in major roles. Samantha signed for the remakes after being highly impressed with the original.
