Nazriya Nazim to play the female lead in Fahadh Faasil’s Trance!

Fahadh Faasil and Nazriya Nazim are unarguably one of the cutest pairs in the industry. They have worked together in Anjali Menon’s Bangalore Days, soon after which they got married. Post marriage, Nazriya took a three year long break from acting before signing for Anjali Menon’s upcoming movie last year. She is playing one of the leads in the movie alongside Prithviraj and Parvathy.

If reports are to be believed, the Bangalore Days pair of Nazriya and Fahadh will be next seen together in the Anwar Rasheed directorial Trance. Fahadh has been shooting for the movie in multiple schedules in Kanyakumari and Mumbai. Latest reports suggest that the makers have brought on board Nazriya to play a crucial role in the movie. It is not yet known if she is playing Fahadh’s pair in the movie. An official confirmation regarding the same is awaited.

Trance already has a stellar supporting cast which includes ace filmmaker Gautham Vasudev Menon, Soubin Shahir, Chemban Vinod Jose, Vinayakan, Dileesh Pothan and Sreenath Bhasi among others. The movie, scripted by newbie Vincent Vadakkan is said to be the most expensive film in Fahadh Faasil’s career.

Director Anwar Rasheed himself is funding this movie under his banner Anwar Rasheed Entertainment. The movie has some big names associated with it in the technical crew. Oscar award winner Resul Pookkutty is handling the sound design while Amal Neerad is cranking the camera. Debutant Jackson Vijayan is in charge of the music department. Trance is expected to hit screens for this year’s Onam season.
