Nerkonda Paarvai teaser to be released on Ajith’s birthday?

Thala Ajith’s next release is the much awaited ‘Nerkond Paarvai’,. The movie directed by H Vinoth is the remake of acclaimed Hindi film ‘Pink’. Boney Kapoor, husband of late actress Sridevi, is producing the movie, which is scheduled for release on August 10. There is a buzz going around in social medias about the makers planning to release a teaser on Ajith’s birthday, which falls on May 1.

‘Nerkonda Paarvai’ has Ajith reprising Amitabh Bachchan’s role from the original. Shraddha Srinath is essaying the role played by Taapsee Pannu. Vidya Balan is making her Tamil debut by playing Ajith’s wife. Kalki Koechlin will be making a guest appearance in a song. The cast also includes Abhirami Venkatachalam, Andrea Tariang, Rangaraj Pandey, Arjun Chidambaram, Adhik Ravichandran, Aswin Rao and Sujith Shankar.

Nirav Shah has cranked the camera and Yuvan Shankar Raja handles the music department. The movie has high expectations among the audience since Ajith is doing something different from the regular commercial format after a very long gap. ‘Pink’ was a widely acclaimed film that went on to win a National award. The Tamil version is also expected to do well
