Nimisha Sajayan makes her Marathi debut with Hawahawai
Nimisha Sajayan is going places literally. After bagging a British-Indian project and maiden Hindi film, the young actress is making her Marathi debut with a film titled ‘Hawahawai’. Its first look poster featuring a sari-clad Nimisha got launched recently. The film is directed by Mahesh Tilekar, who is known for films like ‘One Room Kitchen’ and ‘Ghar Grihasti’.
‘Hawahawai’ is set to release on April 1, 2022. Director Mahesh Tilekar is also producing the film along with Vijay Shinde.
Nimisha currently has a number of projects lined up in various stages of production. In Malayalam, she has ‘Thuramukham’, ‘Oru Thekkan Thallu Case’, ‘Chera’ and Jis Joy’s untitled thriller film coming up. She is also starring in a British-Indian production titled ‘Footprints on Water’. Adil Hussain’s, Antonio Akeel and another Malayalam actress Lena are also essaying important roles in it.
Nimisha is making her Hindi debut with ‘We Are’, sequel to the acclaimed anthology film ‘I Am’, directed by Onir.
